Led by our Art Director, Chris DiPaola, our new AD team of specialists will provide end-to-end R&D when it comes to conceptualizing characters or concepts and prototyping them to transition into our traditional pipeline.

The Art Department will take care of all creative concepts including:

Our Art Director: Chris DiPaola

With over a decade of experience in the film industry and a foundation in traditional art, Chris DiPaola has honed his skills at top-tier studios such as Industrial Light & Magic, Digital Domain, and Weta specializing in all aspects of asset development – from concept, visual development, to production modeling and sculpting. He has extensive experience working closely with department heads and clients to deliver high end content from the early stages of design, to asset development, to shot specific work.

By leveraging the skills he has acquired from his background working on both sides of production, Chris’ unique sense of design gives him the ability to create dynamic 3D concepts and keyframe art that help to bring a project’s vision to life through his passion for visual storytelling.

Chris’ credits include films such as Morbius (2021), Terminator Dark Fate (2019), Avengers: Endgame (2019), Aladdin (2019), Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018), Thor: Ragnarok (2017), Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017), Transformers: The Last Knight (2017), Doctor Strange (2016), Captain America: Civil War (2016), and many more.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys photography, staying up to date with the latest tools/technology, and personal projects that utilize his diverse experience, traditional background, and passion for artistic visual storytelling.
